The main focus of this app is the art of glass pipes. Glass pipemaking is an American phenomenon that has become very popular in recent years. Pakoh is presenting the first iphone app that shows a body of artwork that focuses conceptually on pipes as art, both functionally and non-functionally. Pipes are presented alongside other artwork as well. The forward is by M. Slinger on the history of pipes through different cultures, and the focus of Pakohs work. There is an artist statement and pipe manifesto by Pakoh, as well as a bio of the author, followed by 70 pages of artwork with titles, size and either a description or inspirational quote. Following the artwork is an essay by Robert Mickelsen called "Z-boys and Pipe Boys" comparing the pipe-making movement to the skateboarding movement.
